Kevogue Return Policy

We want you to love your Kovogue jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:


🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches or alterations.
  • Security Tag: The original tamper-proof security tag must remain intact. Returns without this tag will not be accepted.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging must be included, such as jewelry boxes, certificates, and warranty cards.
  • Exclusions: Personalized or customized items (e.g., engravings, size modifications) are non-refundable.

📦 Bundle Return Policy

  • Bundles must be returned as a complete set.
  • Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately for refund, exchange, or store credit.

🌍 International Returns

  • International returns are accepted, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Import duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📝 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Return Form
    All returns require a completed Return Form. Incomplete forms may result in delays or rejections.
  2. Submit Within 30 Days of Delivery
    Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. Shipping Instructions
    Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping details.
    Please use a trackable shipping method and include all required items.
  4. Processing Time
    Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after return approval.

🚫 Return Rejections

Kovogue reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet our policy.
If your return is rejected, we can ship the item back to you at your expense.
